AMMONIA CRACKER
This is the cheapest method to produce Hydrogen gas for various industrial uses. In this system , Hydrogen gas is produced by dissociation of commercial Ammonia(NH3) . The dissociation of Ammonia gas take place at a temperature of 875 - 920°C in presence of Nickel Catalyst. Hydrogen and Nitrogen are generated in a cost effective way in a volume ratio of 3 : 1 or in a weight ratio of 14 : 3.
Cracking of ammonia is endothermic process in presence of Nickel Catalyst completes the reaction at around 875 to 900OC. Ammonia is passed through tubular retort filled with Nickel catalyst. The retort is fitted in an electrically heated furnace, which supplies the heat of reaction.

Nickel Catalyst
The NH3 is coming from bottles or from an ammonia tank. The ammonia gas is pre-heated in a heat exchanger and vaporizer and then cracked in the main furnace unit. As a result of complete dissociation into hydrogen and nitrogen, very little undissociated ammonia remains and the dew point temperature of the resulting gas is very low (below -30°C).

03 Cracked gas Pressure :-
Cracked gas can be generate at 4.5 to 5.0 Kg/cm2 g pressure by our generator directly without any booster. We also offer integrated booster on demand of customer for further boost the cracked gas.
04 Dew Point :-
We design our system to deliver dry gas up to (-) 40 to (-) 80°C on demand and requirement of customer. We offer online measuring instrument to measure dryness of gas.

PEM HYDROGEN GENERATORS :
