Technical Certitude :

01 Nitrogen Flow :-

Can be generate 1 Nm3/hr to any desired flow with simple adding of modules.

02. Nitrogen Purity : -

Can be generate at purity ( 95 – 98)% directly which can be modulated by adjusting the flow rate.

03 Nitrogen Pressure :- Membrane Nitrogen Generators can generate Nitrogen directly at high pressure 15 Kg/cm2 g without any additional booster

04 Dew Point :-

Generally our Nitrogen generator deliver dry gas up to (-) 40 to (-) 80°C. we offer online measuring instrument to measure dryness of gas.

PROCESS OF NITROGEN GENERATION BY MEMBRANE

Membrane is constructed of polyimide hollow fiber membranes bundled into a cylindrical pressure container, with resin membrane elements fixed at both ends.

The compressed air fed into the interior of the polyimide hollow fiber membrane, and oxygen gas selectively permeates through the hollow fiber walls. Oxygen enriched gas is emitted from the permeable gas outlet, and nitrogen enriched gas out from the hollow fiber outlet.
